Tactra / Website information
Privacy, with a clear scope.
How the public Tactra website, product proof, consultation forms, and first-party usage measurement work.
Product demonstrations and proof
Illustrative walkthrough content is not a live club account. Media labeled as product proof comes from the relevant product or its reproducible demo capture pipeline and may use synthetic or sandboxed data.
Enquiries, walkthroughs, early access, and consultations
Information submitted through Tactra forms can include your email, name, role, organization, team count, competition level, filming setup, product interests, workflow description, consent choice, timestamp, the page that originated the request, and a short session identifier used to connect the request to first-party website activity. Please do not include confidential player, medical, contract, or safeguarding information in an initial enquiry.
First-party usage analytics
Tactra may record basic first-party events needed to understand the website, such as page views and navigation or conversion events. A random session identifier may be kept in browser session storage and attached to those events so visits can be counted without using a persistent advertising identifier. The session identifier is scoped to the browser session, and the site does not require advertising cookies for this measurement or intentionally store visitor IP addresses in the analytics event record.
Website delivery
Hosting, DNS, security, and infrastructure providers can process technical request information required to deliver and protect the website.
Product privacy
This page describes the public marketing website. Account-based Touchline360 products that process team, player, match, video, or uploaded club data require product-specific privacy, access, and retention controls in those product environments.
